They are absolutely delicious, the staff are amazing and super nice. Just make sure you bring extra pants cause I ate there once and accidentally pooped my pants. Other than that, they have a great selection at the buffet, just be careful

Of course the food is great and I was so glad to actually go inside and eat. My daughter brings me here everytime we visit with her.

I thought Bonanza had shut down nationally but they are making a comeback. Once the largest steakhouse chain in America is alive and well in Lebanon VA. Tastes just like it used to which is awesome. Like walking back in time. Haven't ate there in 30 years. Quality chop steak, beef tips, ribeyes cooked right. Excellent food bar with both selection and quality. Top notch salad bar. But its biggest strength is the same as it ever was,,, value. What you get is always worth more than what you paid. Sure you can pay 50$ per person and get a better steak at Ruth's Kris. But for way less than 20$ a person you can get a steak cooked over an open flame the old school way that you know is awesome just from the smell before your taste buds confirm it. And an entire food bar and salad bar to back it up all for less than 20 bucks out the door. Bonanza is one of the tastiest values in the nation. Then and now.

Fast and friendly service. Accommodated our group of 25 without any problems! Salad bar was awesome and steaks cooked perfectly!

This place has went down hill and no hope of ever getting better. It use to good and then it became eatable to not being able to eat what you ordered. I can honestly say that I have made my last stop there to eat.

Awesome country lunch buffet! I normally stay away from buffets but this one is the best. Boiled cabbage, sweet potatoes, greens, mac n cheese, fried chicken just to name a few items on the bar. Clean establishment and friendly staff. Mmm good.

First experiences are ify. I, unfortunately, got a bad one. Food was old, tasteless, unappealing. No one cared either, to correct, or help. Haven't been back since. Wish you much luck in the future.

Saturday Night Valentine's Meal 5-6pm. Everything was very hot and delicious. Great time of day to go. Very busy and food was fresh.

Most of their food is not great, the fried chicken is good though. The place is stuffy, and doesn't have a big variety. My mom also found a bug in her food. The waitress wasn't too bad... all and all wasn't on my favorites list.

The food and the service was fabulous.the waitress was also great she came and checked on us quite a few times all in all its a great place to grab dinner .I would for sure recommend that to any one who is hungry. Their steak it's awful I'd only go there for the buffet. We seriously brightly all 3 steakwe ordered home to the dogs.

The food on the bar is good. I only had two off-putting problems. One my steak came to me with a cut down the middle which indicates inexperience on the grill knowing what rare is which left it dry and tasteless. Two apparently the baked potato wasn't actually a potato you would bake as the texture was almost gritty. I think next time I'll just stick with the bar.

Great food and great service! Every time I'm in the area, I stop in. Best salad bar on a buffet around. Steaks ready to order. Good hot bar also. Pricing is around $12 for the salad bar and hot bar. It's hard to beat that !

Not a bad place to eat. Good buffet and steaks, prices aren’t bad either. Ample parking and almost always busy. Would recommend eating here if you haven’t.

One of the best places I've ever ate at or worked at. The food is always fresh on the bar. The bar workers make sure of that at all times. If you order off the menu also the food is prepared on the grill perfectly. Excellent Management/Owner. He makes sure that the bar is kept clean, orders are going out correctly and even helps clean tables and anyone else that needs help when it's real busy. I will always stop by just to eat here when traveling through. The waitress staff is outstanding and have great social skills which makes the experience here even better

This place is amazing! Love the ribeye and the buffet comes with every order! It's an all you can eat dream! The deserts and coffee are great too!

I think I had my first bad experience here really and it wasn't because of anything with the place. The food was great, like it usually is, and the prices were pretty reasonable. Didn't understand having to pay dinner prices when it was during regular lunch time hours but I didn't complain.The thing that made it a bad experience this time was the customer service. She was great when bringing drinks and cleaning up dishes. The thing that I remember and didn't like was how the waitresses argued with each other over tables that they were serving. It was like they kept going behind each other's backs to take tables from someone else.

It was a busy Sunday, but the service was still great! The food was delicious!

8 of us went today. Chop steak, sirloin tips, prime rib and hamburger were good. The bar was well shocked and everyone seemed to like everything they got. Service was great.

We've eaten at Bonanza several times and (until yesterday) have been very satisfied with the service and food. HOWEVER, I'm not sure if the server was new or just overwhelmed with the # of patrons she was taking care of! Food selection was the worse I've ever seen!! The food bar wasn't kept stocked not to mention there were 2 side orders of shrimp that we kept asking for & was told there was a back up on grill orders..needless to say we ended up taking the shrimp home because we'd finished our meal by the time we received it!! The manager was "too busy" to come talk to us!!

This is a convenient place to eat between Honaker and Abingdon. Their food is fresh and delicious. They are clean and the staff is friendly.

No one came to our table to refill anything or pick up dirty dishes!! Food wasnt exactly all that either. Kind of high priced for no service.

Love the bar, love the steaks they are so good. For people like me that have to eat gluten free if you ask for things from the bar to be gluten free and they can do it they are more than happy to oblige. Great staff, great food!!

Food good today. Service was good. Workers polite. My hats off to Tim Fields as he has really tried to make the eating area convenient and safe.
